The board of directors of El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP) declared today
a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share on the company's outstanding
common stock. The dividend will be payable October 3, 2011 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2011.
Outstanding shares of common stock entitled to receive dividends as of
June 30, 2011 were 770,106,749.
